Ingredients (Yield 5)
1 package Aunt Millie’s Hearth Classic White Hot Dog Buns
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. ketchup
½ c. bourbon (or cola)
¼ cup minced onion
5 Johnsonville Smoked Beef Brats, grilled
2 cups coleslaw
Gently simmer the brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, and onion in a saucepan for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add the Johnsonville Smoked Beef Brats to the mixture, and warm through.
Place brats in a bun, and top with the desired amount of coleslaw.
